These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Neutral ATM Bitcoin ATMs operated by Crypto Stop, LLC
d/b/a Neutral ATM (“Neutral,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using a Neutral ATM, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Direct Bitcoin Transactions
1.1 Principal Counterparty
Neutral's Bitcoin ATM allows customers to purchase or sell Bitcoin directly with Neutral. When you conduct a
transaction through a Neutral ATM, you acknowledge that you are purchasing or selling Bitcoin directly from
or to the Company. The Company is not acting as an intermediary between you and any other person
or entity. This reflects the transaction structure described in Neutral's legal analysis.
2. No Customer Balances
Neutral does not maintain Bitcoin or fiat currency balances for customers. Neutral does not provide
customers with a custodial cryptocurrency account through its Bitcoin ATMs.
3. Customer Verification
Customers may be required to provide identification or other information before completing a transaction.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested. Neutral may decline or restrict a
transaction when required by its compliance procedures or applicable law.
4. Transaction Information
Before completing a transaction, the ATM will provide applicable transaction information, including
information regarding the transaction amount, Bitcoin amount, applicable fees, and other applicable
information. You are responsible for reviewing the transaction information before confirming the transaction.
5. Fees
Applicable fees and charges will be disclosed before completion of the transaction.
6. Compliance
Neutral operates its Bitcoin ATMs in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Transactions may be subject to customer identification, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening,
transaction limits, and other compliance controls.
7. Prohibited TransactionsCustomers may not use Neutral ATMs for unlawful purposes or in connection with unlawful activity. Neutral
may refuse or restrict transactions where required by law or its compliance procedures.
8. Accuracy of Information
You agree that information you provide to Neutral is accurate and complete.
9. Changes to These Terms
Neutral may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this
website with a revised effective date.
