Our Business Model
Neutral's Bitcoin ATM transactions are structured as direct transactions between Neutral and its customers. Neutral acts as the principal counterparty for customer Bitcoin purchases and sales. Bitcoin used in customer transactions comes from Neutral's own Bitcoin treasury, and transactions are executed using Neutral's Bitcoin and fiat treasury. Neutral does not act as an intermediary between a customer and another person or entity. Neutral does not maintain Bitcoin or fiat balances for customers.
